Refunds
We want you to feel good about buying. Here's exactly how refunds work for each tier.
Blueprint & BMD Model (one-time)
If you're not satisfied, email us within 7 days of purchase and before your Discord roles have been assigned, and we'll refund you in full. Because access is delivered as Discord roles, we can't offer a refund once your roles are active in the server.
1-on-1 Mentorship (monthly subscription)
Mentorship is billed monthly and you can cancel anytime — cancellation stops future charges but doesn't refund the current period. The month you've already paid for stays active until the end of that billing cycle.
How to request
Reach us through the email on the Contact page with your purchase email and tier. Refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Abuse
We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of clear abuse — such as repeated buy-and-refund patterns or chargebacks after access has been used.
